
We cannot provide refunds for your custom GrillGuard mouthguard order. However, we pride ourselves on our quality customer service and if your GrillGuard mouthguard is defective we will work with you to fix the problem or replace the GrillGuard with one of the same design.
In the rare instance that your GrillGuard is defective, you need to return it within 10 days from the date you receive it so that we may make adjustments or replace it. Please contact us with concerns or problems as this is on a case by case basis.
Replacing Your GrillGuard
Please email us at grillguards@gmail.com and let us know if there is a problem or concern. Be sure to include in the subject line "Replacement Needed" or "Problem With GrillGuard". In the email include the name the GrillGuard was ordered under and the date you ordered it. Tell us what the problem is and we will respond with instructions on how to fix your mouthguard or getting a replacement. Please allow at least two weeks.
