To make things run smooth for us please measure the length of your mouth so that we will know what size tray to send you. All you need to do is take a napkin, fold it to where it is just big enough to cover all of your teeth and put it all the way in, then bite down and with fingers fold the outer edges of napkin up around teeth. Open mouth and pull out.
